Zach Burick, President, spent nearly a decade working for Duggins Welding before acquiring the company in late October, 2021. Zach started in the field as a general laborer while still in school at UNC Charlotte and worked his way to estimating, project management, and now owner. Zach's goal is to honor the foundation laid by Derek Duggins, who started the company in 1986, continue to grow the company, and build his own legacy.
